FAQs
Is my firm definitely in your data?
We track all firms in the TBD 250 Index — the UK's top 250 law firms by headcount. If your firm is in the Index, your data is in our system. If you're unsure, check the TBD 250 here.
Which competitors can I benchmark against?
You choose. When you request your report, we'll ask you to name three or four competitor firms you'd like to benchmark against. They don't need to be in the TBD 250 — we can benchmark against any UK law firm in our data.
What format does the report come in?
We walk you through your data live on the 1-hour call using an interactive dashboard. After the call, you'll receive your report as a PDF download to keep and share internally.
What happens after the call?
We'll send you your report as a PDF download along with a summary of the key takeaways and any recommendations from the call. You can then share it internally with colleagues or leadership as needed.
How current is the data?
Reports are based on the most recently completed quarter's data. We've been collecting this data for years, so where relevant we can also show you historical trends and how your firm has moved over time.
Can I upgrade to a quarterly retainer later?
Yes. Your first report is a one-off purchase. After your call, if you'd like to receive reports on a quarterly basis we can discuss a retainer arrangement at that point.
