To be eligible for the IP Attorney LinkedInfluencer rankings, you must:
1. Work primarily in intellectual property including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs or related IP disputes;
2. Work at a specialist IP firm or boutique, or an in-house IP team (anywhere in the world); and
3. Have published at least 12 original posts on LinkedIn between 21 April 2025 and 20 April 2026.
If you work at a full-service UK law firm, you will already be eligible for our main Legal LinkedInfluencer rankings and are therefore not eligible for this list. These IP rankings are specifically for IP specialists at dedicated IP practices and in-house teams worldwide that fall outside our main report.
